" I thought I knew how to build muscle and kept telling myself if I just stay consistent I'll achieve a savage looking body.
Well... after two years of being consistent by myself I was sick and tired of looking the same and was genuinely going to give it up.
I figured my genetics just wasn't suited for an aesthetic physique and what's the point of staying consistent and making sacrifices if it was all for nothing.

He said he didn't even want to sell me anything but just to offer some free advice and some insights on areas of my solo journey I could have missed or improved on.

I am an Personal Trainer & Online Transformation Coach from Galway, Ireland.
With a background in Division 1 Swimming and I bring a unique perspective to coaching.
